Title: Maintenance Planner

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate parts distribution through the CMS system
Manages the supply crib stock using the CMS system including replacement inventory
Enters new supply crib items into the Supply Crib and MP2 system or current Supply Crib Software
PM coordination including issuance, scheduling through production, follow-up to completion and system entry
Work order coordination to system procedures
Coordinate asset information both active and obsolete
Computerized maintenance system tracking and reporting as needed
Researches and crosses items from manufacturer to manufacturer (technical disposition) in order to resource stock crib stock items
Attend meetings as needed to communicate status
Reporting as assigned
Organizes outside contractors as needed for PM or other service work
Work with outside vendors to identify and source parts
Support for supply crib PPE and parts distribution
Responsible to keep all crib systems operating
Maintains the plant computerized HVAC system
Follow all plant safety policies
Keeps work area clean and organized
Coordinates assistance from supply crib attendants and facilitates in their development
Forklift certified
Backup for the Maintenance Parts Coordinator





REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in the use of computers – required
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel – required
Proficient at typing – preferred
Use of Microsoft Outlook – preferred
Use of MP2 – preferred
Proficient at using Fork Trucks – required
3 years experience as Maintenance Mechanic – preferred

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Technical/Vocational Training Certificate in Plumbing, Welding, Electrical, Hydraulics & Mechanical preferred
3 years experience as Maintenance Mechanic  preferred
